Acceptance of the General Conditions of Use and access to the Website
By negotiating services through the Website, Users accept these General Terms and Conditions of Use, which define the rights and obligations of RIGEL and Users in accessing, browsing and using the Website.
These are the only General Terms and Conditions of Use applicable to the Website (without prejudice to the particular conditions that may apply to certain and concrete services on the Website) and in the negotiation of services and replace any other condition, except in the case of a written agreement, previously stipulated, between RIGEL and the User.
To access the Website, you will not be required to register with the User, but to enter into the services offered by RIGEL, you will have to create an Account and accept these terms and conditions before proceeding to pay for the chosen service.

Content and purpose of the Website
RIGEL has created the following website to offer users an activity booking service, excursions and guided tours in the Venice Lagoon and possibly in Italy.
Through the Website, RIGEL also offers a transfer service that allows Users to have private vehicles, to move from one place to another in the Venice Lagoon.
RIGEL informs that the activities, excursions, guided tours and transfers are services provided directly and / or by third party companies, legal entities, which collaborate with RIGEL (hereinafter the Supplier / s).
Through the Website, RIGEL offers a service for booking activities, excursions, guided tours and transfers, in different places, which are carried out directly by its organization and / or in collaboration with the Venice Motoscafi lagoon consortium.
On the Website, RIGEL offers its Users support for the journey through also free maps and / or travel guides, including photographs, information on transport and the most relevant tourist points; an interactive map and advice on places of tourist attraction.

Booking of Services
To book with RIGEL, registration on the Website is mandatory.
Users must provide their personal or business data (name, surname, company name, e-mail, landline and mobile phone), or the data of the person in whose name the activity or transfer is booked, so that RIGEL can manage the reservation requested by the User.
Users will be able to create their own Account by filling out a registration form, provided on the Website. To complete the ordinary registration procedure, the User will be asked to enter: first name, last name, password and e- address email.
In any case you will be asked to click on the link “I declare that I have read the Privacy Policy pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and I declare to accept the Terms and Conditions of use of the services of the Application “, as well as on” I specifically accept, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 1341 and 1342 of the Civil Code, the articles: 2, 3, 4.2, 7, 9, 10, 12.3, 13, 14 of the Terms and Conditions of the Service and the articles: 1.2 and 5.1 of the Privacy Policy “and” I declare to be greater of age “. Users will be solely responsible for the accuracy of the data provided to RIGEL and for any consequences that may arise from the errors in the information communicated.
Users will have full responsibility for the use of their Account. Consequently, they will be solely responsible for the custody and confidentiality of the Username and / or Password, which allow them access to the Account and also undertake not to transfer the use of such data to third parties for access, both temporarily and permanently.
The User undertakes not to make more than one registration and not to register accounts
with the aim of abusing the functionality of the application.
The User is the one and only responsible for the preservation, confidentiality and use of his Username and password and, consequently, with the registration itself, exonerates the Application from any liability arising from improper use of the password itself, by third parties that have become aware, in any way, of the password referable to the User.
The User, as soon as he becomes aware of it, undertakes to immediately communicate to RIGEL, via e-mail to booking@venicegotour.com, attaching a copy of a valid ID document – the theft and / or loss of the access data (Username and / or password) and / or unauthorized disclosure and / or unauthorized use by third parties of the account and / or password.
Following the report RIGEL will proceed to deactivate the registration and to cancel all contents. The absence of reporting and subsequent disabling will result in direct and exclusive responsibility of the User for all uses and / or abuses of his Username and / or password.
The User may request the cancellation of his registration and data at any time by sending a communication to RIGEL at the following e-mail address: booking@venicegotour.com The agreement with RIGEL will terminate immediately upon receipt of the request for termination of this agreement and Username and password will be deleted.
It is understood that RIGEL will in no case and for any reason be considered responsible towards the User or third parties for the modification, suspension, interruption and / or termination of the services. The Application does not guarantee that the services offered therein, or the Application itself, are free of viruses or other elements that may cause detrimental effects on any technology.

Purchase by minors
The system does not allow to conclude the online purchase operation if performed by users under the age of 18 as registration by an adult is required and, in the case of online payment directly on the Application, the card of credit will necessarily be made out to an adult. RIGEL warns that it will not assume any responsibility in the event that the user reserves the services of RIGEL in violation of the provisions communicated in the previous paragraphs.

Conditions for booking activities, excursions, transfers, rentals and guided tours
The reservations that each User makes through the Website are subject to the specific conditions of each activity, excursion, transfer, rental and / or guided visit. The User will find specified the conditions of the services and their descriptions on the Website, but also in the confirmation e-mail that RIGEL will send after the reservation made.
General conditions applicable to all bookings. In general, the booking of the activity, excursion, transfer, rental and / or guided tour offered by RIGEL on the Website is subject to the following conditions:
to. The dates and times of each activity published on the Website have been selected by the Suppliers and do not allow any type of modification. It will be possible to change the date and time of a proposed activity only if the User has booked a private and personalized service; in this case you will have to communicate your request directly to RIGEL by sending an e-mail to booking@venicegotour.com. In any case, RIGEL’s response will depend on availability.
b. The User may request to change the data of his reservations if the selected activities allow (the activities that can be carried out as a private and personalized service will be highlighted). To make changes, the User must click on the link and fill in a Quote request form for the private and personalized service.
c. The advance time for each booking varies according to the activity, the excursion, the transfer, the rental and / or the guided tour that you want to book. The information can be acquired through the descriptive card of the service offered easily on the Website. RIGEL informs that it is not possible to book an activity with an advance less than that indicated in the service description sheet.
d. To book privately an activity, an excursion, a transfer, a rental and / or a guided tour, we invite the Customer to contact RIGEL directly by sending an e-mail to booking@venicegotour.com The reservations that each User makes on the Website they are subject to the specific conditions applied to each activity, excursion, transfer, rental and / or guided tour. The User will find the conditions indicated on the Website, in the description of each service offered, as well as in the confirmation e-mail sent by RIGEL after the booking has been made.

Specific conditions.

Booking information for the activity, excursion, transfer, rental and / or guided tour. The meeting point, the date, the time, the duration and the complete information necessary for the realization of the activity, the excursion, the transfer, the rental and / or the guided tour, are indicated on the Website, in the form description of each service, as well as in the confirmation e-mail that RIGEL will send to the User after making the reservation.
In the confirmation e-mail the information concerning the booked service will be communicated. RIGEL will also send the User a booking voucher for the activity, excursion, transfer, rental and / or private guided tour, so that the User can present it to the Supplier before the start of the service.
It is essential that Users are punctual and present themselves at the meeting point agreed on the date and time established and indicated in the Voucher. Fixed that all the activities, the excursion, the transfer, the rental and / or the guided tour are programmed at a specific time, it is not possible to change the start time.
Users can contact the Supplier at any time before, during and after the booked activity, at the telephone number communicated in the Voucher and sent by RIGEL as confirmation of the booking.
RIGEL informs that the Service Provider may request the presentation of the Booking Voucher before the start of the activity. RIGEL will not assume any responsibility if the User does not present such Voucher to the Supplier.

Specific conditions of transfer bookings.

Each of the transfer services offered by RIGEL on the Website is subject to specific conditions that Users will be able to consult on the Website within the description of the chosen transfer or in the e-mail sent by RIGEL as confirmation of the booking.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Users must consider the following terms:
to. Luggage transport: a transfer fee will be charged for the transfer of luggage. Prices are indicated on the Website as products to be purchased combined with your trip.
b. Collective transfer, private and personalized: the transfer service offered by RIGEL can be collective and / or private and personalized, therefore, it is necessary to consult what is reported in the description of the service offered. The private and customized transfer can only be used by Users who have booked this service.
c. Indication Timetable of the private and customized transfer: in the case of transfer from / to Venice airport, the User must indicate the time of landing and / or take-off of the flight, the flight number and its own telephone contact. In all other cases it is necessary that the User provides, at the time of booking the transfer, the time, the place of embarkation and a telephone contact.
d. Seats of the means of transport: the number of seats indicated on the Website is the maximum number of people who can travel in the means of transport, in addition to the driver. Children occupy a seat like adults.
is. Change in the transfer service: the User can change the transfer service, only if the conditions of the booked service allow it. In this case, the User may initiate the change by accessing a link provided by RIGEL and indicated in the booking confirmation e-mail or through the “Whatsapp” service.
f. Booking confirmation e-mail: RIGEL will provide the User with the name, e-mail address and telephone contact of the service manager (or driver); the User therefore will have the possibility to contact the service manager (or the driver) for any requirement referable to the service booked.
g. Additional stops during transport: additional stop / diversion during the journey previously booked and requested by the Users (example: if the passengers transported stay in different hotels or in case of deviation from the previously established and organized route), will have an additional cost, which will be communicated by the on-board manager at the time of the request and will be paid by the Users in cash.
